Membership Overview

LeadersNow International is made up of individual “chapters” located throughout the world.

Each chapter is comprised of 5 to 15 members lead by two Chapter Coordinators. Chapter Coordinators are women who have been selected and trained by the organization to form our members in authentic leadership using our leadership formation curriculum and materials.

All members begin their membership in LeadersNow International as Phase One Members.  Phase One Members engage in “The LeadersNow Program” curriculum which provides the foundation in what it means to be an authentic leader.  After successful completion of Phase One of Membership, members become Phase Two Members.  Phase Two Members put their leadership skills into practice by engaging in service projects, mentoring, professional exploration, and character and leadership modules.

Upon graduation from high school, members are invited to participate in the LeadersNow International Professional Association.  The association is comprised of LNI graduates, Chapter Coordinators, as well as professional women and business affiliates who support the LNI mission. LNIPA members benefit from a host of networking opportunities, workshops, LNI internships, job opportunities, and the ability to connect with LNI members throughout the world.
